The people in the communities of Linn County are proud and resilient. We have welcomed new residents and businesses, realized opportunities and met challenges with our full potential – though one thing is missing. Linn County residents support gaming and made their voices heard in 2013 when voters passed a gaming referendum by more than 60% to bring a casino to the area. This November, we have an opportunity to fully embrace more entertainment and tourism to the people who visit, work and live in the second-largest county in Iowa. Linn County has the chance to bring in a partner that will help our nonprofits do more for our community.

The potential for millions of dollars in local gaming revenue to directly benefit Linn County nonprofits.
The potential to have a casino in Linn County in the future.
The potential for this community to have more entertainment and tourism options.
It’s time for Linn County to unlock its future potential. It’s time for Linn Wins!
The Linn County Gaming Association is supporting the passage of the gaming referendum on the November 2, 2021 ballot. This organization will apply for a gaming license from the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission (IRGC) – though first, the Linn County voters must vote yes for the gaming referendum measure G on Tues, November 2.
Passage of the referendum will permanently authorize gambling in Linn County. A large turnout for a YES vote on November 2 will send a strong message to the IRGC that Linn County wants gaming!
Vote Yes For the Gaming Referendum Measure G on Tues, November 2.
We are proud of the commitment to distribute 8% of net gaming revenue to our local nonprofit organizations - more than twice the state requirement.
