History

Spearheaded by the Cedar Rapids Development Group, the 2013 gaming referendum passed in Linn County with a 61% vote. Leaders from Peninsula Pacific Entertainment (P2E) then joined efforts to develop casino plans and submit a license application to the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission (IRGC).

Today, P2E operates premium gaming venues in Iowa, New York and Virginia that provide high-quality entertainment through outstanding service. Its leadership team – including Founder and Chairman Brent Stevens, President Jonathan Swain and Chief Financial Officer Natalie Schramm – has been committed to building successful gaming properties and giving back to the communities in which P2E operates.
