Why Vote Yes?

Passing this referendum is all about unlocking our potential.

Linn County residents support gaming, period. This referendum is a necessary step so that we can apply for a casino license in the future.

Passing this referendum is all about future potential:

  • The potential to have a casino in Linn County in the future.

  • The potential for this community to have more entertainment and tourism options.

  • The potential for nonprofits to do more because they will receive a percentage of the gaming revenue.

  • A yes vote is an investment in Linn County’s future potential.

Linn County is the largest county in Iowa without a gaming facility. Residents leave to pursue these entertainment options elsewhere and revenue our county could capture leaves with them.

It’s time Linn Wins! Vote yes for the gaming referendum measure G on Tues, November 2.
